무정부주의 대신 독재에 관한 토론 수업을 진행하게 된 한 고교 교사가 독일 나치즘의 독재 정치가 현대 독일에서는 작동할 수 없다는 학생의 의견에 그 작동 원리를 설명하기 위한 교실 실험을 시작한다.
